One of our consultants will carry out a telephone interview with you based on competency based questions which many more companies are moving towards in their search for the perfect candidate.
If you are applying for a specific role and have already been told which competencies are being measured we will adapt your interview accordingly.
If, however you just want general advice we will carry out an interview based on the more common competencies which are measured in a variety of roles, and will tailor this to the type of role you are searching for.
- Your coach will carry out a mock telephone interview which should last approx. 30 minutes
- We will then review your performance and call you back within 30 minutes to provide specific feedback
- The feedback session will last approx. 30 - 40 minutes
Your Preparation
You will need to give us some background knowledge on the role for which you have an upcoming interview, or the types of roles you are searching for so we can tailor your interview to your specific needs.
We will arrange a mutually convenient time to carry out your coaching session and send a confirmation e-mail advising which competencies will be measured in your mock interview
Please respond to your telephone interview questions as if you were being interviewed for a bona fide role
